Membership

The Syracuse Press Club invites all current or retired journalists, communication professionals, journalism students and educators to join us for social, professional and networking opportunities. Start today by becoming a member. Members receive one free entry to the Annual Professional Recognition Awards and a membership card, as well as special access and perks at workshops and events held around the year.

Membership fees support  the DeVesty-Williams Scholarship for college journalists and the Syracuse Journalism Lab, which provides mentorship and special programming to Syracuse City School District students interested in journalism careers.  Membership dues also allow us to sponsor social events, bring in guest speakers and bestow special honors, including our Wall of Distinction Award.
