Our friends at Fourth Coast Entertainment in Northern New york tell us they have launched a new web site. Called Northern New York Night Out, Fourth Coast's Michael Scriminger tells us the site features information on concerts, bars, bands, dining, and accommodations in the area.  He says the  site is unique in that it allows businesses to manage their own information and events on this site from their own computer and it’s free.
